A religious revelation watching late-night TV

A religious revelation watching late-night TV

Re: The theism-atheism debate.

I have discovered the answer to the debate between theists and atheists currently raging in this column: Eric Bahrt, Christian Knottone, A Bangkok Theist, A Bangkok Atheist, Michael Setter, et al. Not to mention the old windbag who calls himself a theologian.
In view of the Thai penchant for the Middle Way, I thought of proposing a middle way between theism and atheism: the worship of demigods. People worshipped demigods like Hercules and Perseus in ancient times. Modern demigods to consider worshipping might be Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Michael Jordan, David Beckham and Tiger Woods. But that would be frivolous, especially considering the moral failings of a few of the gentlemen just listed.
Actually, the atheists win. There is no God.
How do I know?
Because on Channel 337, the Blue Ant Entertainment channel, “The Late, Late Show with James Corden” always comes on BEFORE “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert”.
Only in a truly dysfunctional universe, a universe chaotic and topsy-turvy, with no God to impose order, could a Late, Late Show possibly precede a show that is merely Late.
While this anomaly constitutes conclusive proof that there is no God, it does raise the disturbing possibility that there might be a Devil who is running things. Just look around and you’ll get the idea.
Not a Devil-worshipper but thinking about it
