Chawathai to mix house, condo projects
Property firm Chawathai Plc plans to launch four new residential projects worth Bt5.8 billion in the second quarter of this year, the company’s deputy managing director finance and accounting, Sunantra Mahaprasitchai, said yesterday.
Two of the projects are single detached houses and townhouses valued at Bt1.2 billion, while the next two projects are condominiums worth Bt3.71 billion, she said.
