Tassapon unloads shares in Asia Aviation
Asia Aviation Plc (AAV)’s executive chairman Tassapon Bijleveld unloaded his 39 million shares in the company at a price of Bt3.94 on June 27, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The total value of this share sale was around Bt153.66 million.
AAV is the major shareholder of low cost carrier Thai AirAsia.
As of March 19, Tassapon, who is the company’s largest shareholder, held 41.32 per cent of AAV.
