For lovers of Thai-style spicy Papaya Salad, Praya Kitchen at Bangkok Marriott Hotel. The Surawongse offers a range of mouth-watering Isaan flavours for dinner buffet every Thursday. The feast is being offered throughout July and August.

Full of a variety of authentic local menu from the northeastern region of Thailand, enjoy a selection of irresistible northeastern dishes with a modern touch along with an array of international favourites. 
The Isaan delicacies in the dinner buffet include chef’s favourite grilled marinated Australian wague beef, lamb chop with spicy salad – “Naam Tok”, tuna with spicy salad – “Laab”, fried sea bass with herbal spicy salad.

Guests are invited to experience an array of fresh seafood at the “Seafood Wall”, featuring locally sourced crustaceans such as river prawns, mud crabs, rock lobsters, blue crabs, mussels and squids. The colourful pot is labelled with your preferred cooking techniques. Whether it is stir-fried with yellow curry powder, with garlic, with chili and salt, or grilled, the chefs are able to provide at the live cooking stations.
