New FedEx facility to enhance service, customer experience
FedEx Express, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp, has launched its new integrated facility in Nakhon Ratchasima.
FedEx is the world's largest express transportation company.
The new NAKA station will improve FedEx's service capabilities in the northeastern region and throughout the country.
The station is an integrated warehouse and sorting facility for both FedEx and TNT operations that will enhance the overall customer experience. Measuring 1,277 square metres, it operates 24 hours a day and is capable of processing over 1,000 packages daily.

We hope that the NAKA facility will play an important role in enhancing Nakhon Ratchasima as a logistic hub for Thailand's northeastern region and for Thailand as a whole," said Gina Galvin, Managing Director, FedEx Express Thailand.
