Asia Central Property wins top agency award for outstanding work
Asia Central Property, one of Bangkok’s fastest growing real estate agencies, has won a key award for its outstanding work and progress in the Thai Market.
The real estate agency, which covers both sales and rentals, was named as The Best Real Estate Agency at the recent 2019 Dot Property Award, which was held at The Emquartier in Bangkok.
The company has been adding more than 100 properties per month to its Bangkok portfolio.
The award highlighted the company’s ongoing service improvement efforts and its linking of trends to investment opportunities for customers. On top of this, the agency is looking at creating its own development with a focus on renovation of townhouses and the purchase of land along the new BTS yellow line.
“Our growth in the market has been rapid and we are adding new services every month. We are planning to expand to more outer areas of Bangkok, such as Bang Na, Lat Phrao and Samut Prakan, targeting homeowners to advertise their property with us and focusing on Thai clientele more intensively, said CEO Adam Polgari.
The firm will also be launching a service to re-locate current clients, as well as new clients who are moving from one flat to another within Bangkok, he said.
Chief operating officer Denis Popa said, “This Award shows that despite the news of slowing trends on the property market all across Thailand, we have managed to provide outstanding performance, both in sales and customer experience. We have managed to reach above a 200 per cent growth in sales year on year, and this applies to every single month since January 2019, meaning we see absolutely no sign of a slowing market, at least in our segment. We continue to stay bullish.”
