1 Million Sunflowers Bloom in the Heart of Bangkok! The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi Celebrates National Mother's Day
Empowering Women of Every Generation to 'Shine' in Their Own Way
Bangkok, 7 August 2026 — The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi has transformed its space into a hub of inspiration with over 1 million sunflowers, welcoming National Mother's Day and celebrating Women's Month with "THE MALL LIFESTORE WOMEN INSPIRED 2026" under the concept "SUNFLOWER SOCIAL CLUB" — a space dedicated to celebrating the strength of women across every generation and every stage of personal growth, under the theme "SHINE IN YOUR OWN WAY." The event runs from 7–13 August 2026 at M Grand Hall, Ground Floor.
More than 1 million sunflowers have been arranged from the entrance of The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi, forming a "Sunflower Tunnel," also known as the "Sunflower Mystery," leading through to the M Grand Hall area in the form of a "Sunflower House" under the theme "Grow Your Light," divided into three rooms. Room 1, "Sunflower Living Field by Reunrom," lets visitors experience the movement of sunflowers as a reflection of women's growth journeys. Room 2, "Sunflower Sound Healing," combines the gentle beauty of sunflowers with therapeutic music to recharge the spirit. Room 3, "Sunflower Giant Mirror by V Square Clinic," surrounds visitors with giant sunflowers and mirrored reflections, representing the acceptance of one's true self.
The event also features an activity stage delivering positive energy, fresh perspectives, and ideas on self-development and self-care throughout its run. On opening day, The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi partnered with the Faculty of Medicine Chulalongkorn University Foundation for a talk on cancer in women, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Wilasinee Areerak of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, together with Namphueng Kantheera Techapattaranakul, Miss World Thailand 2026, and Malaika Kaur, 1st Runner-up, Miss World Thailand 2026. The occasion also invited the public to give back through the "One Ball, One Shine" project, with The Mall Group contributing a starting donation of 100,000 baht. Donations can be made at the public relations counters of The Mall Lifestore Bangkae and Bangkapi from today until 31 August 2026, with proceeds supporting the Foundation's work to improve access to treatment for breast cancer patients. An exhibition raising awareness of the importance of early breast cancer screening is also on view.
In addition, each day of the event will feature talks aimed at empowering women and enriching knowledge across a range of topics. Specially on National Mother's Day, 12 August, at 2:00 PM, join 'Pond Narawich' and the women behind his success — his mother and grandmother — as the three of them share heartwarming stories of family bonds to fill hearts on Mother's Day.
At the same time, The Mall Lifestore Thapra, Ngamwongwan, and Bangkae, along with The Mall Korat, will also host "THE MALL LIFESTORE MOMGEVITY" under the concept "The Power of Strong Love, Staying Healthy Together Forever," promoting the health and quality of life of women in every region.
