Sirilert to launch up to Bt5 bn in housing projects by 2021
Property firm Sirilert Group plans to launch new residential projects worth up to Bt5 billion from 2017-2021 – with the first of these, Sign Sukhumvit 50, launched yesterday. The project is worth Bt340 million.
The company aims to launch one or two projects a year, amounting to an average of Bt1 billion a year until 2021, company director Yuthalak Siripornleart said at a press conference yesterday.
