Ananda launches trio of high-end Bangkok condos
Listed property firm Ananda Development on Monday unveiled three new condominium projects under the Ideo Mobi brand.
They’ll be built on Rama 4 and Rangnam roads and on Sukhumvit Road Soi 40 and are collectively calued at Bt8.3 billion.
“We are expecting to sell up to 60 per cent of the units once sales open today,” chief executive Chanond Ruangkritya said.
Ideo Mobi Rama 4, worth Bt4.05 billion, has 486 units with prices starting at Bt5.99 million per unit.
The Rangnam project, worth Bt2.35 billion, offers 366 units starting at Bt4.49 million.
And the condo on Sukhumvit 40, worth Bt1.8 billion, has 272 units starting at Bt4.49 million.
