Supalai sells out office building in Philippines
Listed property firm Supalai Plc has sold out its office building in Philippines, worth 1.62 billion pesos (Bt1.05 billion) compared with its investment value of 1.34 billion pesos in 2013, company director Prasas Tangmatitham said yesterday.
He said the company had invest in 40 per cent of the total building in 2013, with the office building generating rental income to the company of 85 million pesos in the first year and 110 million peso this year, until the sales were completed early this month. This generated a return on investment over the four years and two months averaging 19.7 per cent.
