Offers galore at home & condo show

The event, jointly hosted by the Thai Real Estate Association, Thai Condominium Association, and the Housing Business Association will run until October 8, 2017 at the Queen Sirikij National Convention Center.
Ananda Development Plc’s sales campaign, Ananda Heart Sale, is offering buyers zero baht for booking, monthly instalment of Bt1,500 for residential units priced Bt1 million each, and a discount of up to Bt300,000 for its condominium unts priced between Bt1 million and Bt2.6 million each. 
Richy Place 2002 Plc targets sales of Bt200 million from this event with its special one-price offering for its condominium units, single detached houses, and townhouses respectively while Lalin Property Plc offers free transfer fee of its units to buyers. 
Thanasiri Group is offering discounts of up to Bt1 million at the event.
Meanwhile, the Government Housing Bank extends special interest rate of 2.90 per cent on mortages with no fees for the first three years as well as free transfer to homebuyers who have signed contracts at the event.
Adirek Sangsaikaew, event chairman, said the three association expected total sales of between Bt4-Bt8 billion from the four-days event , based on sales agreements. 
He said growth of the property market is expected to reach 10 per cent this year, thanks to the country’s economic recovery and consumers’ higher purchasing power. 
Moreover, commercial banks have started to relax mortgage rules, easing the burden on homebuyers, he said.
