Golden Land prepares for a brighter 2018
Golden Land Property Development has set aside Bt13.2 billion to buy land to develop 34 residential projects worth Bt39.6 billion in the year 2018, the company’s managing director Saenphin Sukhee said on Tuesday.
The company also expects total revenue of Bt16.1 billion by the end of 2018 – or up 35 per cent from this year, he said.
Meanwhile, the company expects total presales to reach Bt26.6 billion by the end of 2018, up from Bt20 billion in this year, he added.
In the first nine months of this year, the company reported total presales of Bt16.58 billion, total revenue of Bt9.42 billion and net profit of Bt1.09 billion.
