Sukhumvit 77-Suvarnbhumi area sees boost in residential demand
Listed property firm Property Perfect puts its success in selling residential projects on Sukhumvit 77-Suvarnbhumi worth up to Bt8 billion in the first half of this year down to the strong demand for residential projects in this location.
The company also has 12 residential projects covering single detached houses, townhouses and condominiums worth up to Bt2.6 billion for sale in this location, the company’s managing director Wongsakorn Prasitwipat said recently.
He added that the demand in this location received a boost last year thanks to the upgrading and/or addition of such facilities as the airport link, motorways, new luxury outlets, shopping centres, hotels, hospitals, and educational institutes, making the area popular with buyers
Residential property starts from Bt1.5 million per unit for condominium to Bt50 million per unit for a single detached house, he said.
