Heavy Rain Halts Round 2 Play in LPGA Thailand
Heavy downpour has suspended round two actions of the US$1.5 Honda LPGA Thailand at the Siam Country Pattaya Old Course on Friday.
Unseasonal rain storm stopped play while first round co-leaders Ariya Jutanugarn and Amy Yang of Taiwan have yet hit their first tee-off shots. Both are leading at six under-par-66, followed by former US Open champion Cristie Kerr and Daniel Kang of the US, both after their birdies on the first hole, at 5 under. South Korean Kim Sei Young, Lee Minjee of Australia, American Ryann O’toole and Chinese Feng Shanshan, each with 5-under, have yet to finish their hole one play.
