Srisaket's dream fulfilled
Srisaket Sor Rungvisai’s wish for a Fortuner was fulfilled on Saturday after he was granted the car by Toyota Motors Thailand as a reward for successful WBC super-flyweight title defence campaign in California.
The boxer was presented with a Toyota Fortuner, worth over Bt1 million, by Wutthikorn Suriyachantananon, Deputy Managing Director of Toyota Motors Thailand.
Upon his arrival at the Suvarnabhumi airport last Tuesday, Srisaket was asked by the media about his desirable gifts which included a Fortuner. Four days later, his wish was answered.
Last Sunday, the 31-year-old fighter outpointed Francisco Estrada of Mexico in Los Angeles to defend his WBC super-flyweight title.
