Readers of OK! Magazine pick their favourite stars of 2013

OK! Magazine recently marked its eighth anniversary with a posh party at W Hotel Bangkok inspired by the behind-the-scene experiences of Broadway life.
Dubbed “A Night to Get Wild and Be Wild!”, the evening also saw the presentation of the rag’s 2013 awards.
And the guests certainly went wild as they walked through doors transformed into the entrance to a Broadway stage, making them a part of the show. Pattriya Na Nakorn, Atchara Burarak, Ploenchan Ruenprapan, Anisha Attaskulchai, Vanvilai Techasomboon, Saeranee Charnvirakul, ML Laksasubha Kridakon, Piyarat Kaljaruek and Suriyon Sriorathaikul were among the A-listers who showed up in their most elegant outfits.
The gala night started with the announcement of the winners of the Young Jet Set 2013 award with this year’s prizes going to Natchaya Krairiksh, Benja Bencharongkul, Chutimon Skulthai, Nuttakorn Choonhavan and Pavenelak Limpichart.
For most of the partygoers though, the highlight of the night was the handing out of awards to the superstars and celebrities voted by readers in the various categories.
The Male and Female Hot Stuff awards went to Ananda Everingham while Patcharapa Chaichua respectively. Nadech Kugimiya and Urassaya Sperbund were voted the Male and Female Heartthrobs. The prizes for Male and Female Rising Starts were given to Tanin Manoonsilp and Nittha Jirayungyurn from the popular TV series “Supharbburuth Chutathep” while actor Saran Siriluksana went home with the Media Darling prize.
Singer/dancer Isariya Sorakraikitikul grabbed the Man’s Man award and singer/actress Rhatha Phongam picked up the prize for the Biggest Comeback. The Spotlight awards were given to actor Jirayu Tangsrisuk, singer Apiwat Ueathavornsuk and cast and crew of the movie “Pee Mak”. Jareyadee Spencer was the winner of the Best Dressed award, and designer Disaya Sorakraikitikul was given the Trendsetter award.
The night’s entertainment was provided by divas Napassorn Phoothornjai, Rhatha and Pijika Jittaputta who smouldered with “Single Ladies” while rocker Thitima Sutsoontorn and her daughter Temfah Krisanayut had guests singing along to “We Will Rock You”. The show ended with a stunning set by Mai Charoenpura and Champ Supawat.
