THE 5-PER-CENT NEAR-term growth potential for Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam (Asean-6) is short of China’s 6.5-per -cent growth, but higher than the 1.5 per cent of the so-called Group of Three – the United States, the European Union and Japan.
