THE MEDICAL Council has warned that brawlers who invade hospitals after midnight will face a jail term of up to five years, adding that drunks should also be banned from hospitals unless they are injured.

The number of people cited for violating traffic laws spiked over this year’s holiday season, but the arrest if the law-breakers made the roads safer, said the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) on Thursday.
