THE PRESIDENT of the Lawyers Council of Thailand, Thawal Ruyaporn, has slammed the police Crime Suppression Division (CSD) for forcing lawyer Sukit Phoonsrikasem to the ground and handcuffing him at Bangkok’s Phaholyothin Police Station on Tuesday afternoon.
