PHUKET, THAILAND — ETRO Residences Phuket has established a new benchmark for residential pricing on the island, achieving sales of THB 830,000 (USD 26,350) per square metre within days of launch, according to project representatives. The pricing level marks the highest per-square-metre residential sale recorded in Phuket and more than four times the island’s branded residence average.
