A Lamphun man was arrested on Wednesday morning when Army troops found 13 marijuana plants growing in his house, apparently for his own use.

Lamphun police arrested a man in the province’s Muang district on Thursday after CCTV footage revealed several instances of him allegedly masturbating in front of women.
