Nora, a southern traditional dance, has been given the nod to seek a place on Unesco’s Intangible Cultural Heritage representatives list.

The Cabinet on Tuesday approved Nora, the southern Thai dance drama, being nominated for inclusion in UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage representatives list, government assistant spokesman Colonel Athisit Chaiyanuwat announced at Government House.
