Rojana Industrial Park Pcl and EVLOMO Inc plan to set up an 8GWh (gigawatt hours) lithium battery plant in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).

The board of directors of Rojana Industrial Park PCL has approved the sale of 478,699,619 shares in Ticon Industrial Connection PCL (representing approximately 26.10 per cent of its total issued and sold shares) to Frasers Assets Co Ltd at the sale price of Bt17.90 per share.
