Thailand’s SEC has widened major-shareholder checks to significant funders, giving existing securities and digital asset firms 90 days to comply.

The Securities and Exchange Commission, in cooperation with securities companies, asset management companies and the Stock Exchange of Thailand, has recently exercised a capital market cyber drill to raise the industry’s awareness of the importance of having a cybersecurity plan.
