JAPAN’S Shinwa Group is using Thailand as the springboard for the sale of its innovative construction technology to property developers throughout the Asean region.

Japanese developer Shinwa Group plans to expand its investment in the building and construction industry in Thailand soon after the successful launch of its first condominium project, Runesu Thonglor 5, this year in Bangkok.
