The System Integration Promotion Alliance (SIPA), a program from Taiwan's Industrial Development Bureau (IDB) brought innovative smart city and IoT companies is in Bangkok this week to attend the Smart City Industry Forum and the Taiwan-Thailand Industrial Collaboration Summit (TTICS).
