VIETNAMESE media company Yeah1 Group has bought out Thoughtful Media Group’s Thai operations.

Yellow Digital Marketing (YDM) from South Korea, a group of companies providing digital marketing solutions services, yesterday established YDM Thailand Company Limited and also introduced seven new companies to support the business growth in Thailand and elsewhere in Southeast Asia.
