The board of directors of Rojana Industrial Park PCL has approved the sale of 478,699,619 shares in Ticon Industrial Connection PCL (representing approximately 26.10 per cent of its total issued and sold shares) to Frasers Assets Co Ltd at the sale price of Bt17.90 per share.

Ticon Industrial Connection Plc expects total revenue of Bt5 billion in 2018, with Bt3.5 billion coming from an asset sale to Ticon Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (TREIT), chief executive officer Virapan Pulges said yesterday.
