The proposed maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) project at the U-Tapao Airport will proceed as planned despite Thai Airways International (THAI) entering a business rehabilitation programme, Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO) secretary-general Kanit Sangsubhan said.
