The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration assembled a mini-factory on Thursday (March 19) where people from Navamindradhiraj University and the Social Development Office produced bottled alcohol-based handwash that will be distributed 2,000 communities in Bangkok starting on Friday (March 20).
