Dusit Thani College has partnered with the Tsuji Culinary Institute, a leading cooking school in Japan, in offering a crash course in traditional kaiseki cuisine, with the venture featuring a great chef from the institute passing on handy tips on selecting seasonal ingredients and applying special cooking methods and procedures.
