The National Health Security Office (NHSO) board has approved 100,000 additional doses of MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccine to help eradicate measles in Thailand in this fiscal year.

The outbreak of mumps in Kalasin province’s Sahasakhan district that infected 66 students and teachers in a private school has been brought under control, the district chief said on Saturday.
