The high-pressure system hovering over the Northeast will bring cooler weather, light rain and an occasional thundershower to much of upper Thailand today (November 14).

A rather strong high-pressure system covers the Northeast, the East, the Central, the lower North and the South China Sea while hot to very hot conditions are likely in upper Thailand.
