Over the last five years beef exports have increased worldwide as the demand for meat has increased. USA is the world’s top beef exporter. The country’s beef exports accounted for 12.9 per cent of total production in 2017. The country exported beef worth US$6.2 billion, according to data collected by Canada-based organ firm, World’s Top Exporters.
