Discover the tastes of the region at Basil – Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit’s award-winning Thai restaurant -- or tuck into a daily curry lunch buffet from Monday to Friday throughout July.

This month chef Kesinee and her team is focusing on Northern Thailand specialities with dishes such as yam makeua neua yang, spicy Royal Project eggplant and grilled beef salad. In August, diners can get a taste of Central Thai cuisine with yam mamuang pla samlee rer pu nim tod and spicy green mango salad with crispy cotton fish or soft-shell crab, and more. In September, Isaan dishes will spice up diners’ taste buds.

The newly refurbished Basil is an award-winning Thai restaurant with a fresh dining concept that highlights the incredible diversity, high quality ingredients, and authentic flavours of Thai cuisine from four distinct regions; the central plains, the north, northeast and the south. Exciting menus revisit classics and also present intriguing less well-known dishes. Enticing appetisers, fragrant soups and curries, and traditional desserts are served with genuine warmth in a stylish contemporary setting.

The regional Thai lunch menu is priced at Bt750-plus for 3 courses and Bt890-plus for 4. The curry buffet lunch is Bt580-plus (food only) and Bt650-plus including tea or coffee.
