Chef Nooror Somany Steppe creates dishes with premium local sustainable organic ingredients from local farmers. Her festive menu includes Caviar Lobster Salad crafted with organic vegetables and tangerine dressing, garnished with caviar from the Caviar House in Hua Hin; Aphrodisiac Oyster Souffle and Natural Sea Grape Artichoke from Korat, Tamarind Foie Gras Spring Rolls, Scallop Avocado Mousse using black pearl garlic and and Chor Chompoo with caramelised free range chicken stuffing.
The ambience intensifies with Ginseng Duck Bird’s Nest Soup made from Dong Quai ginseng, organic duck and Ratchaburi honey or a surprise Love Potion which will set the romantic mood to last the entire evening. Main courses that also light the fire of love include Black Garlic Prawns; Saraman Beef and Crab Red Curry served with Mangrove forest Ampawa Chakar leaves amongst others.
The meal ends with a choice of fragrant Jasmine Panna Cotta Namdokmai mango sticky rice and strawberries from the Thai Royal Project Farm and Rose Flavoured Macarons.
