Shoppers get the first view of Bangkok’s newest lifestyle mall

Central Westville Central Pattana has unveiled its latest shopping mall, the 6.2-billion-baht Central Westville set to open in Bangkok’s western suburbs next week.

Central Westville is the company’s first low-carbon mall, with a semi-outdoor setting focusing on sustainable practices to serve both people and their pets.

A preview image of the mall shows a design that integrates natural elements under the theme “Reimagine Harmony with Nature".

Constructed under the “West at Its Best” concept in the Ratchaphruek area, the centre officially opens on Wednesday (November 29).

The new mall sprawls over 93,000 square metres, with 19,000 sqm of shops and restaurants anchored by big-name retailers including Tops Food Hall, Power Buy, B2S, Supersports, and OfficeMate.

Central Westville boasts over 80 food brands. The wide choice of restaurants includes Tongsmith, Ros'Niyom, Phochana Mill, Ankem-Anka, Prai Raya Signature, Lim Lao Ngow and Nana Coffee Roaster, Cath Kidston Tearoom, Mil Toast House, Nam Nam Pasta and Tapas, Yakiniku Like, Nice Two Meat U, and Saemaeul, to name a few.

Key attractions are the SkyRise Adventure, billed as the largest “Rope Course” in Thailand; Kiztopia, the first Thai branch of Singapore’s large indoor playground, and Westville Cineplex. The complex will also host more than 70 fashion brands.

The Beauty & Wellness Zone features 15 leading brands, including a JETTS Black: Premium Fitness gym open from 6 am to midnight, with a 400-metre rooftop running track.

Shoppers can also stroll with their pets throughout the mall, including the Pet-Friendly Landmark spanning over 1,000sqm and complete with a pet-friendly restaurant, a semi-outdoor zone, and Buddy Yard for open pet walking.

Central Westville anticipates daily footfall of 30,000–50,000 customers upon opening its 93,000 sqm floor area.
