Best Western Hotels & Resorts has started work on the construction of the new Premier Bayphere Pattaya, an eight-storey upscale hotel in Jomtien, a beachfront destination just a few minutes’ drive from downtown Pattaya.

“We are delighted to celebrate this landmark occasion with our esteemed partners from Thai real estate company Habitat Group,” said Olivier Berrivin, Best Western’s managing director of International Operations – Asia. “Best Western Premier Bayphere Pattaya is an exceptional project that will fulfil the growing need for a high-quality, international-standard accommodation on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard, which is one of Asia’s most upandcoming resort destinations.”

“We look forward to seeing the continued development of this exciting project in the coming months. It will no doubt become one of the finest hotels in the area, and another great example of the new era of modern, state-of-the-art Best Western Hotels & Resorts that are rising all across Asia,” Olivier added.

Once completed in the fourth quarter of 2018, the hotel will feature 174 contemporary, well-equipped rooms, plus a vast array of amenities including an open-air lobby, infinity-edged swimming pool, Jacuzzis and sunset cabanas, a rooftop garden, well-equipped fitness centre, and a playground for kids.

Guests will also be able to dine on Thai and international cuisine at the hotel’s onsite restaurant, enjoy daytime coffee, snacks and cooling drinks at the lobby bar, or sip creative cocktails at the Sky Bar whilst gazing out over the Gulf of Thailand. Corporate guests will be able to take advantage of a business centre offering a selection of professional services, plus complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Best Western Hotels & Resorts is also working with Habitat Group on BluPhere Pattaya, which will join the company’s prestigious BW Premier Collection brand in 2020. These brand new upscale properties will complement Best Western’s existing collection of eight hotels and resorts in Thailand, with many more in the pipeline.
