The Hotel Cafe Royal in London is welcoming fashionable travellers from next month with the Fashion Now inroom wardrobe service designed in collaboration with online luxury fashion website Matchesfashion.com.

This exclusive “Fashion Now” service was initially created for guests whose luggage had been lost or delayed to eliminate the immediate need for panic buying. Now it’s being expanded and under the service, guests get access to a selection of key pieces available across three tiered levels – Active, Formal and Evening – for both men and women, all delivered within 90 minutes once the order has been placed with the hotel concierge.
Guests staying in suites can request an additional specialised insuite personal shopping experience. After a telephone consultation with a Matchesfashion.com stylist, a curated wardrobe, chosen from over 450 brands will be delivered to the resident’s room accompanied by an expert stylist to run through the pieces, perfect for those in need of style advice or simply lacking in time.

The inroom wardrobe service can also be prebooked to allow for an array of designer clothing to be waiting in the hotel room ready for when guests check in. Suite guests also have private access to Matchesfashion.com’s flagship store in Marylebone, entitling them to a global team of experts, who will provide a seamless and personalised shopping service instore.
