The white stuff or the wrong stuff?

About every two years I make the following challenge in a newspaper letter: If anyone can give me one good reason why I should believe that humans are the only species in the history of the world who need to drink the milk of other species, I will eat this letter and wash it down with a glass of milk. So far, in 30 years, no one has even attempted to take the Eric Bahrt challenge.
