Sicco delisting effective on Oct 7
Siam Commercial Bank moves forward with the delisting of Siam Industrial Credit Plc (Sicco) from the stock exchange.
The delisting was announced today, after the bank completed the tender offer which increased its holding in the finance house to 99.55 per cent.
In a statement, the bank said that the Stock Exchange of Thailand's board approved the delisting, with effect on Oct 7.
