ASIASOFT CORPORATION plans to acquire a 61.68-per-cent stake in a publisher of online games in Malaysia, CIB Development, from Choice Heritage and Tujuan Motivasi for 26.21 million ringgit (Bt281 million) this month, according to a regulatory filing yesterday. Asiasoft’s expansion aims at supporting its core business, online gaming service, and generating overseas income.
