Commart Thailand 2012 organiser targets to generate transactions worth Bt3 billion, thanks to the introduction of over 10 Ultrabook models, over 15 tablet brands, and over 6 smartphone brands.
Pathom Intarodom, general manager of ARIP Plc, said that the number of visitors should be huge as the IT industry returns to normal. Floods pushed up product prices as some parts were imported.
He anticipated continued demand for tablets and smartphones, aside from the Ultrabooks which offer lighter weight than notebooks.
The fair at Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre will take place during March 22-25.
