	Earlier, it borrowed Bt6 billion from BOT under the scheme. Coupled with Bt3 billion of its own funding, the bank has loaned the entire amount to its clients. The bank said that several clients are left out of the programme.</div>

	Under the scheme, the bank will be charged 0.01 per cent for the soft loan and it can charge no more than 3 per cer per annum from clients.</div>
