3 firms to launch IPOs

Three companies are launching initial public offerings - Fortune Part Industry Plc (FPI), Ananda Development Plc and Hot Pot Plc.

In the filings to the Securities and Exchange Commission, FPI - one of the world's top 5 pickup part suppliers - will sell 33 million shares in the IPO.
Asia Plus Securities estimated the company's fair value at Bt4.95-Bt5.40, against Bt1 par value, or about 11-12 times of its prospective earning of Bt0.45 in 2012. FPI's performance is expected to be boosted by robust demand in the country and in export markets. With capacity and warehousing expansion, sale revenue is expected to rise by 18.3 per cent on average during 2012-2013.
Ananda Development will sell 1.33 billion shares, aside from 333 million warrants. Hot Pot will offer 61.38 million shares.
