Booming SET to conduct roadshow in London

The Stock Exchange of Thailand will host a roadshow in London next Wednesday and Thursday at a time when the SET Index has seen a series of new 16-year highs.
The market closed yesterday at another 16-year high, at 1,311.35 points. The market gained 4.72 points or 0.36 per cent from the previous closing, on turnover of Bt38 billion.
In next year’s roadshows, the SET plans to introduce medium-sized listed companies to foreigners who have invested in the Thai market. Large listed companies will join those roadshows designed to draw investment from players not familiar with Thailand.
