Vichien nominated for SET Awards

Fifty five companies and six CEOs have been nominated to compete for a total of 35 SET Awards in an annual ceremony, under the concept "Matching Your Right Financial Opportunities," held this year on November 22.
Among the six nominated CEOs is Vichien Mektrakarn, CEO of Advanced Info Service; and Somprasong Boonyachai, chairman of InTouch Group.
The awards are extended annually to underline the remarkable profiles of Thai listed companies and their CEOs, helping increase competitiveness of the Thai capital market in the region. They are recognised in several aspects like profitability and social service. The annual event is hosted by the Stock Exchange of Thailand and Money & Banking Magazine.
The event has run for the ninth year.
