A selection on Fitness First’s more than 800 personal trainers nationwide will be named “Trainer Superstars” who lead the introduction of new workout regimens and a roadshow of dance classes across the country, including BodyJam, BodyVive, BodyBalance, BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyStep and RPM indoor cycling workouts.
Apart from encouraging staff to outperform all others and challenging them to do the best in leading group exercises, Fitness First says it is taking the fitness and gym experience to another level by building a health-conscious community and arousing passion for exercise through activities led by its “superstars”.
Fitness First has been in Thailand for 12 years and currently operates 23 branches nationwide.
“We are growing steadily both in terms of branch expansion and sales. With annual sales growth of 5-10 per cent, we are able to add two to three branches a year to our nationwide network,” said Orawan Kleawpatinon, marketing manager of Fitness First (Thailand) Co.
“The success factor is our commitment to human-resources development.
“This involves the management and administrative team at our head office overseeing the overall policy, and branch office representatives, which also include Fitness First personal trainers who work closely with members to ensure they are in complete control of their workout,” she said.
