With an operating footprint in over 35 countries with over 16 million end consumers under management, Infinia Services and Solutions offers integrated technology platforms for loyalty, payments, “corporate solutions” and mobile application services.
Infinia says it has created a differentiated online loyalty platform that offers redemptions across 900 airlines, 450,000 hotels and 150,000 car rentals as well as a comprehensive global e-commerce platform. The company held its official launching in Bangkok on October 10.
“Thailand is one of the key markets for global travellers, and Bangkok is one of the most visited cities in the world. We are very happy to expand in this region and share the rewards and customer loyalty benefits of our services with Thai-based financial institutions like banks, telecommunications, insurance companies, retailers and consumers,” said Prashant Khattar, founder and managing director of Infinia Services & Solutions.
Infinia’s loyalty programmes are aimed at helping companies reward customers more effectively by understanding their spending habits.
This enables Infinia clients to offer customised products and services to their end-consumers, thereby facilitating retention and increased usage.
Infinia plays an integral role in planning, designing and executing customised products and programmes including application development, partnership integrations and hosting platforms.
The company’s platform rewards the end-user based on their spending habits, so “they can see not only value addition but also concrete returns, which are in line with their lifestyle and interests. We can encourage them to increase the account usage and enjoy the wealth of benefits that come with it,” Khattar says.
Clients in Gulf
Infinia plans to develop its loyalty system outreach for the Thai market – allowing customers to redeem rewards internationally, rather than just within Thailand. Their existing clients include Qatar National Bank, United Arab Bank, Diners Club Oman, Commercial Bank of Qatar, Gulf Bank Kuwait, Afrasia Bank and many more.
“This is an exciting new chapter for Infinia and we are glad to be able to bring Infinia Payment Systems to the Asean and Thailand region. We have many interesting plans to expand here and Thai people will soon be able to enjoy the numerous benefits that Infinia offers,” the company’s director for Infinia Payment Systems, Thailand and Asean, said.
“Our vast network of redemption partners and online points redemption allows, for example, the users to choose any airline to travel to any destination, anytime of the year without any blackout dates. This is bundled with many other benefits from hotel bookings to car rentals to fine dining during the travel,” Khattar explains.
