Chiang Rai United FC wins Dtac's sponsorship
Total Access Communication (Dtac) today signed a sponsorship contract with Chiang Rai United Football club, committing to assist the club during the 2015 Thai Premier League season.
Chiang Rai United, the only football club in Northern Thailand, finished 7th in last season’s Thai Premier League and has a large fan base across the northern region. The contract was signed by Pakorn Manoromphatrasan, Dtac's Head of Business – North, and Mitti Tiyapairat, chairman of Chiang Rai United Football Club.
Pakorn also announced the company's plan to officially launch 4G service in Chiang Rai in March 2015 "to deliver happiness to Chiang Rai United fans and customers in the city".
According to Dtac, both parties value the importance of mutual support and collaboration, both in the areas of marketing and CSR activities, such as Dtac’s Sam Nuek Rak Ban Kerd and Chiang Rai United’s football clinic.
